Travel and Study Abroad for Teens

Getting the chance to take classes in a foreign country is literally, a once in a lifetime opportunity. Many people do travel to Europe in their lifetimes for work or for a vacation, both of which are wonderful experiences but very different.  Teen studies abroad allow your teen to experience new things with their peers, make new friends, and discover new places with new people. Fieldtrips and excursions are an important part of the Teens Abroad experience. At least once or twice a week teens are taken to see the sights, participate in cultural exploration and travel to tourist spots, chaperoned by local program staff.

Teens Abroad also offers Medical and Health related study abroad programs.

The objective of the Medical Language and Immersion program is to enhance foreign language and intercultural skills through a combination of general language training, focused vocabulary and cultural immersion. Most programs combine 1-3 weeks of foreign language classes with insight into local medical systems and practices. When an intermediate or higher level in the language is reached, students may have the opportunity to visit, observe, shadow and even take part in activities at local clinics or hospitals.
